Foals and Silversun Pickups stopped by Cincinnati on Tuesday to play at Bogart’s in front of a packed house.  Foals frontman, Yannis Philippakis, joked that they brought the UK weather with them, but no one seemed to mind.  A night of blistering, overdrive laden guitars and vocals just shy of screaming kept the crowd moving.
